This Friday's Food is a great *freebie*. Thinking up healthy menu plans can be difficult so its best to leave it to the professionals. Check out the Food Network on television for great recipes and demonstrations. But beware, not all of the popular chefs are dedicated to healthy eating. Try to stick to some that incorporate a lot of fruit and vegetables and keep things like butter, frying, bacon and cream to a minimum. I went to the food network and they had some wonderful cold slaw recipes--very different--and healthier than the usual mayo-type recipes.
