Sounds on Thursday

This week's sounds is Fragile by Sting. This is a much slower song that can be used for a yoga or pilates practice or if you are looking for a good cooldown song. Often times people like to skip the cooldown and stretch portions of their workout. A good rule of thumb is to find a song you like and commit to stretching for the entire length of the song.
